This paper introduces an interleaved buck-boost converter with reduced power electronics devices count in comparison the conventional topology. The proposed consists of a single buck followed by $n$ parallel boost converters. switch is gated only if any switches gated. In addition to count, offers following advantages, soft start-up and shutdown capabilities. addition, stage gives ability protect electronic isolate supply during load failure or overload. Moreover, performs as for high voltage gain requirements same switching scheme. Furthermore, it fast dynamic performance smooth transition from mode mode. investigates eight different operating zones three-phase non-overlapping gate signals operation. detailed analysis operation are presented experimentally validated. simple control system operate dc-dc ac-dc converter. More study cases carried out evaluate capabilities
